Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Source and acquire new customers while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the marketing team to achieve set targets.
- Drive deposit mobilization and other business development initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong business development and marketing skills.
- Proven ability to develop strategies and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is an added advantage.
- Applicants must reside in any of the following areas: Orile-Iganmu, Mile 2, and Apapa and its environs
Location: Apapa, Lagos.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 120,000
