Job summary

The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lekki, responsible for driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth across Twinwaters’ restaurants, event suites, retail spaces, rooftop lounge, and gaming arcade. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth across Twinwaters’ restaurants, event suites, retail spaces, rooftop lounge, and gaming arcade.
  • Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, managing digital and social media presence
  • Coordinating promotional events and partnerships, and overseeing brand content and collateral.
  • Conducting market and competitor research, analyzing campaign performance
  • Managing budgets and providing regular reports to leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, sales, events, and restaurant teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective promotion of all Twinwaters offerings.


Requirements:

  • Strong marketing strategy and planning skills, including campaign development and brand positioning.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation for online platforms.
  • Experience with event marketing, hospitality or retail marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and use insights to optimize marketing activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Demonstrated project management abilities, including prioritization, time management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., social media dashboards, email marketing tools, basic CRM or POS reporting).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or lifestyle brands is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lekki, maintain professional conduct with diverse guests and colleagues, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
