Job summary
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and strengthen our brand presence in the plastic manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Build and manage the company's brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to generate quality leads and improve customer acquisition.
- Manage the company's digital presence, including social media platforms, website, and online advertising.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, catalogues, banners, and product presentations.
- Coordinate participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Build relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key business partners.
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Measure campaign performance using KPIs and provide regular performance reports.
- Oversee content creation, including photography, videos, and promotional materials.
- Work with production and operations teams to effectively communicate product features and availability.
- Supervise and mentor marketing staff and external vendors where necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–4 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media management.
- Experience with branding, campaign planning, and market research.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools.
- Experience using graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
