TenTrade Africa Investment Limited is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead high-impact marketing initiatives that strengthen brand positioning, drive qualified lead generation, and accelerate business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Manage the company’s digital presence across all platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create, manage, and optimize paid ads on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities within the financial brokerage industry.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all marketing platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools.
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in marketing, preferably within fintech or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
