Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market penetration and business growth strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Lead and supervise market operations within assigned territories.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve business performance.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing activities to achieve company targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare periodic market reports, sales reports, and performance analyses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Organize promotional campaigns and community engagement activities.
  • Drive revenue generation and ensure achievement of assigned KPIs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3–4 years relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, or market operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and report writing.
  • Good knowledge of market dynamics and customer relationship management.
