Job summary

We are seeking a strategic and growth-focused Marketing Lead for our client in the sports betting industry. The ideal candidate will have experience driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention, with a strong understanding of digital marketing, performance campaigns, and influencer partnerships.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, positioning, and business growth.
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and performance platforms.
  • Drive customer acquisition initiatives and optimize full lifecycle marketing, including retention, loyalty, and rewards programs.
  • Strengthen brand perception and ensure consistent messaging, tone, and identity across all customer touchpoints.
  • Oversee digital marketing operations, including social media, content strategy, and online engagement.
  • Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of marketing campaigns and assets.
  • Build and manage influencer and creator partnerships to support campaigns, brand visibility, and acquisition goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing performance metrics to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Work closely with commercial, product, and growth teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, brand management, or related roles.
  • Prior experience in the sports betting or gaming industry is required.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience working with influencers, creators, or affiliate/influencer marketing networks.
  • Strong ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments with high ownership expectations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
