Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's mission, programs, and services to target audiences.
- Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, including but not limited to, digital content, print materials, and multimedia assets.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and online advertising, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, influencers, and media contacts, to enhance brand positioning and reputation.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize results and ROI.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in marketing, technology, and entrepreneurship to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBAÂ preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns, preferably in the nonprofit or social impact sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team towards common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
