Job summary
The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the organization’s services, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads. The role involves both field and digital marketing activities to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns (online and offline)
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and corporate partners
- Coordinate with internal departments for campaign execution
- Organize events and promotional activities
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
- Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- Generate leads and follow up to convert them into business
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing (Hospitality experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platform
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Willingness for fieldwork
