Job summary
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and results-driven Business Development & Executive Support Officer to support our marketing, client engagement, and executive activities.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and follow-up calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Generate, identify, and follow up on business leads and opportunities.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and client acquisition activities.
- Communicate with prospects and clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other approved channels.
- Provide timely follow-up on enquiries, proposals, meetings, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, appointments, and follow-up activities.
- Assist management with scheduling meetings, appointments, calls, and business engagements.
- Provide general executive and administrative support as required.
- Prepare basic correspondence, reports, presentations, and business documents when necessary.
- Assist with the coordination and organization of trainings, seminars, workshops, and other company programs.
- Attend selected trainings, meetings, seminars, exhibitions, and business events on behalf of or alongside management.
- Support participant or client registration, confirmation, and follow-up for company events and programs.
- Help maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, prospects, and other stakeholders.
- Carry out basic market research and identify potential clients, organizations, and partnership opportunities.
- Support social media and digital marketing activities where required.
- Monitor assigned tasks and ensure important follow-ups and deadlines are not missed.
- Represent the organization professionally and maintain confidentiality when handling company or executive information.
- Perform other relevant business development, marketing, and executive support duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
- The ideal candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills, good telephone etiquette, confidence when dealing with prospects, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- The candidate should also be organized, dependable, persuasive, comfortable with digital tools, and willing to learn.
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, business development, customer service, administration, or executive assistance will be an advantage.
