Marketing Executive

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Executive to help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across our various business divisions.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities that promote the company’s products and services across the solar, real estate, and granite sectors. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both digital and offline marketing campaigns while creating strategies that attract leads, improve visibility, and support sales growth.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services

  • Manage the company’s social media platforms and online presence

  • Create engaging marketing content, including captions, flyers, videos, and promotional materials

  • Promote company products, properties, and services to target audiences

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends

  • Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities

  • Coordinate promotional events, campaigns, and brand activations

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support business growth initiatives

  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

  • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree 

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing

  • Creative thinking and content creation ability

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

  • Experience in solar, real estate, construction, or related industries

  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other design tools

  • Knowledge of social media advertising and campaign management

  • Basic understanding of branding and customer engagement strategies

  • Experience in a startup or the renewable energy industry is an advantage

  • Brand awareness and audience growth
