Responsibilities:
- Convert assigned leads into customers via WhatsApp
- Respond promptly to enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Follow up with prospects and close sales
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Achieve assigned sales targets
Requirements:
- ND/HND in any discipline
- 1–2 years’ experience in a bank, microfinance bank, finance company, loan company, fintech, or similar institution
- Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills
- Ability to meet sales targets
- Good smartphone and basic social media knowledge
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 100,000
Work Mode: Fully Onsite
