Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to promote company projects and services
- Generate and qualify leads through both online and offline channels
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Follow up on prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
- Organize and participate in promotional events, property exhibitions, and activations
- Manage social media updates and basic digital marketing activities (where required)
- Prepare simple reports on marketing performance and lead conversion
Requirements:
