Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and acquire new enrollees and corporate clients for Maayoit’s health insurance plans.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and facilitate policy renewals.
- Market Awareness: actively promote MHL’s services to government parastatals, private companies, and SMEs.
- Campaign Management: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events to boost brand visibility.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Provider Network Support: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery between enrollees and healthcare providers within the network.
