Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven marketer to drive sales & expand our client base. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from strategic lead generation to final closing—leveraging your existing network and expertise in the real estate market.

Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement aggressive marketing plans to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate high-potential leads through digital marketing, networking, and cold calls to existing and prospective buyers, including High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
- Inspections: Organize and conduct professional property inspections for prospective buyers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Manage the end-to-end negotiation process, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client while closing out high-value deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust database of investors and corporate clients to ensure long-term repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on Nigeria's real estate trends, competitor pricing, and emerging growth corridors to advise clients accurately.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in real estate marketing and/or high-ticket sales in Nigeria.
- BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or Estate Management. Skills:
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ads) and CRM software. This is an added advantage.
- Exceptional negotiation and public speaking skills.
- A good understanding of real estate documentation and legal processes in Nigeria.
- Network: Must possess a verifiable network of potential investors or corporate partners.
