Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- Leverage your digital marketing skills to execute engaging online campaigns that promote our products.
- Manage our social media platforms, creating compelling content and fostering meaningful interactions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding our market reach.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences to drive innovative sales approaches.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction, interior design, or flooring sectors.
- Expertise in digital marketing and social media management is a must.
- Strong communication skills and an aptitude for building rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with SPC and WPC flooring, as well as wall cladding, is advantageous.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box in crafting sales strategies.
