Responsibilities:

Promote and market the Company's educational books, digital products, and other publishing solutions to schools, educational institutions, bookshops, distributors, government agencies, and corporate organizations.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the Company's customer base within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school proprietors, principals, teachers, booksellers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Prepare and execute effective sales and territory coverage plans.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets.
Generate sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer engagements.
Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and customer needs, providing regular market intelligence reports.
Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, payments, and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and collections.
Participate in exhibitions, book fairs, educational conferences, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments from customers.
Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to Management.
Represent the Company professionally and uphold its values at all times.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
