We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Marketing Communications Lead to drive brand visibility and revenue growth. The successful candidate will align marketing initiatives with sales targets and inventory cycles, ensuring campaigns are timely, targeted, and revenue-focused.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with sales objectives.
- Plan and coordinate campaigns in line with inventory cycles and product availability.
- Partner with the sales team to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Oversee brand messaging across digital, print, events, PR, and in-store channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on ROI and sales impact.
- Manage agencies, vendors, and internal creative resources.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all customer touchpoints.
- Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and marketing calendars.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in marketing communications, preferably within retail or luxury sectors.
- Proven track record of aligning marketing strategy with sales targets.
- Experience working with inventory planning cycles and product-driven campaigns.
- Strong analytical and performance marketing skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capability.
- Commercially driven with strong strategic thinking ability.
Remuneration: NGN 1,400,000 – 2,000,000.
