Job Summary

We are looking to hire an experienced Marketing & Communication Executive. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn complex fintech concepts into engaging content. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across social media, PR, and digital channels to build their brand and drive awareness.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Their content calendar across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, etc.)
  • Write and publish short-form articles, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces on payment trends, fintech innovation, and their offerings
  • Create engaging social media content including graphics, captions, and video snippets
  • Coordinate PR efforts including press releases, media outreach, and interview prep
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Growth) to align messaging and campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content creation (preferably in fintech, tech, or financial services)
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for broad audiences
  • Proficient in social media management tools
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for execution
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a startup environment
  • Bonus: Experience with PR and traditional media relations
