Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Executive to spearhead brand growth through partnerships and bulk sales.

The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and skilled in building professional relationships capable of introducing Binash Home to hotels, Airbnbs, spas, and corporate organizations.

This role combines strategic marketing, sales outreach, and client relationship management.


Key Responsibilities

·       Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients to introduce Binash Home’s product line.

·       Prepare and present marketing proposals, product catalogues, and tailored packages for bulk or corporate orders (e.g., hampers, hospitality supplies).

·       Conduct physical and virtual meetings with clients to pitch brand partnerships and secure orders.

·       Collaborate with management to plan promotional campaigns, product placements, and seasonal marketing strategies.

·       Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and hospitality events.

·       Maintain a client database and provide regular updates on marketing leads, proposals, and conversions.

·       Work closely with the showroom team to ensure smooth fulfillment of orders.

·       Occasionally support marketing content and PR initiatives that enhance brand visibility.


Qualifications

·       Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, business development, or sales; ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury retail industries.

·       Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.

·       Confident in client meetings and negotiations.

·       Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

·       Professional appearance and high attention to brand representation.


Location

Binash Home Showroom - Sunset Place, Wuse II, Abuja.

Frequent field visits within Abuja.


Work Schedule & Hours

·      9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

·       5 working days per week (flexible scheduling)

Compensation & Benefits

  • ₦200,000 gross monthly salary (probation period – first 3 months)
  • ₦250,000 gross monthly salary (upon confirmation after probation)

Salary is all-inclusive and covers transportation, client meetings.

·      2.5% commission on all orders personally sourced and secured by the employee

(including hotels, serviced apartments, Airbnbs, corporate and hospitality clients).
