Job Title: Senior Marketing & Brand Manager

Location: VI, Lagos

Work mode: Fully onsite

Objective

Lead marketing strategy, brand positioning, and market engagement within the healthcare sector. Responsible for driving brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and supporting business growth through integrated marketing initiatives.

Reporting Line

Reports to: Senior Leadership (CEO/COO/Director)

Experience

10–12 years’ experience in marketing, brand management, or communications, preferably in healthcare or related service industries.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies aligned with business goals
  • Strengthen brand visibility, positioning, and reputation
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels

Market Research & Growth

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for expansion
  • Translate insights into actionable growth strategies

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Support communication of value proposition to target audiences
  • Represent the organisation at relevant events and engagements

Campaigns & Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Oversee digital platforms (website, social media, online engagement)
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance using data

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop the marketing team
  • Set KPIs and track performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage
  • Strong experience in brand strategy and digital marketing
