Marketing Associate

Responsibilities:

Content & SEO:

• Research, write, and publish 3 high-quality, human-written SEO articles per month, well-structured, original, and genuinely useful.
• Own on-page and technical SEO: keyword research, metadata, internal linking, and content optimization to grow organic traffic.
• Maintain and update the website — keeping copy fresh, accurate, and conversion-focused.
• Write website copy and client outreach templates that are clear, persuasive, and on-brand.

Organic Social:

• Run organic marketing across social media, with a focus on Facebook and Reddit — posting, engaging, and building community in a way that respects each platform's culture.

Paid & Distribution:

• Optimize paid campaigns for performance and efficient spend.
• Identify and test new distribution channels, including video content and UGC (user-generated content) creators, to expand reach.

Requirements:

• Outstanding writer: you can research, structure, and produce well-written articles, and you can demonstrate it (writing samples or a portfolio required).
• Creative writing ability with range across formats and tones.
• Strong research skills: able to quickly get up to speed on unfamiliar topics and write with authority.
• SEO knowledge: keyword research, on-page optimization, and how content ranks.
• Excellent spoken and written English: clean, precise, and error-free.
• Basic design tools: Canva or similar for quick visuals.
• Attention to detail: strong self-editing and proofreading.

Preferred Requirements;

• SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4/Google Analytics, and one of Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest.
• Social media & community management: especially Reddit etiquette and Facebook engagement.
• Short-form video & UGC: understanding of what performs and how to brief/source creators.
