Marketing and Sales Manager
Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to lead the marketing and sales efforts of our hospitality business, including our hotel and restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that increase brand awareness, attract guests, and drive revenue growth. The Marketing and Sales Manager will oversee promotional campaigns, partnerships, and sales initiatives aimed at increasing occupancy rates, event bookings, and restaurant patronage. The role involves identifying new market opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the hotel and restaurant through both traditional and digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will work closely with management and operational teams to develop targeted marketing strategies, monitor sales performance, and ensure the business remains competitive in the hospitality market.

- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase hotel occupancy and restaurant sales.
- Identify and secure corporate partnerships, event bookings, and group reservations.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, special offers, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, online promotions, and advertising.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Coordinate brand promotions, events, and public relations activities.
- Track and report sales performance, marketing results, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with hotel and restaurant management to ensure excellent guest experiences.
- Lead and guide the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years experience in marketing or sales, preferably in hospitality, hotels, or restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and sales strategy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in corporate sales, events, and hospitality marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze market data and sales performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and meet sales targets.
