This role requires a results-driven professional who can design and execute tailored marketing and sales strategies for each brand, manage end-to-end sales funnels, and convert leads into loyal customers—while working efficiently within startup-style budgets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales + marketing strategy for each business line.
- Build and manage funnels: awareness → lead → conversion → retention.
- Manage campaigns (online/offline), promotions, product launches and market activation.
- Track KPIs: revenue growth, CAC, conversion, retention, user activity.
- Build relationships with clients, distributors, retailers, and partners.
- Oversee digital campaigns and collaborate with Social Media Manager.
- Conduct market research to improve product positioning and pricing.
- Prepare monthly sales + marketing reports for leadership.
Requirements:
- 3 years plus experience in marketing and sales.
- Strong digital literacy: Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics tools, CRM systems.
- Proven growth results in either fashion, agro, or tech (any one is fine).
- Strong negotiation & closing skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to manage cross-brand strategy.
- Ability to design and track KPIs.
- Preferably someone who can work with small startup budgets but deliver impact.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000
