Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Direct Marketing & Outreach
- Flyer Distribution & Engagement: Actively distribute product flyers and marketing materials
- Cooperative & Association Engagement: Identify, approach, and build strong relationships
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging content
- Online Engagement : Monitor social media conversations, respond to inquiries promptly
Sales & Client Management
- Presentations & Consultations: Conduct compelling property presentations and site visits
- Client Relationship Management (CRM) :
- Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in marketing, business administration, estate management, or any related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a client-facing role, preferably within the real estate, hospitality, or financial services sector.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Deep understanding and practical experience in using major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for business development and marketing.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks and corporate relationships.
- Highly driven, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail in handling client data and contracts.
- Mobility: Must be willing and able to travel frequently within the operational area to meet with clients, engage cooperatives, and carry out direct marketing activities.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours, including some evenings or weekends, to meet with client groups or attend property viewings/exhibitions.
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with basic CRM software (or willing to learn quickly).
