Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and services to target audiences.
- Generate and qualify leads through digital marketing, networking, referrals, and other promotional activities.
- Create and manage marketing content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other advertising platforms.
- Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and promotional events to engage prospective buyers, tenants, and investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to support business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure effective promotion of available properties and successful lead conversion.
- Track marketing performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve business targets
Requirements:
