Responsibilities:
- Assist with member registration, contribution tracking, loan processing, follow-ups, and customer support.
- Working closely with members to promote financial discipline and savings culture
- Responsible loan usage while maintaining accurate financial records.
- Support daily operations, member onboarding, savings and loan record keeping,
- Customer engagement while promoting financial discipline and women’s economic empowerment
Requirements:
- Minimum of secondary school certificate (OND/HND/BSc is an advantage)
- Basic understanding of savings, loans, or cooperative finance
- Ability to keep accurate records and handle confidential information
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy (phone, spreadsheets, messaging apps)
