Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote Homelight Properties’ offerings to potential clients.
- Generate leads and follow up persistently until conversions.
- Attend company training to learn about property offerings and sales techniques.
- Work with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
- Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Track and report marketing activities and results to management.
- Stay motivated, proactive, and results-focused.
Requirements:
- O'Level / HND / B.Sc in any field (Marketing, Business Admin, Mass Comm preferred but not mandatory).
- No prior marketing or real estate experience needed.
- Must be hungry, ambitious, and results-oriented.
- Must be 20 years or older.
- Willing to move locally as part of lead generation activities.
- Willing to learn about real estate, sales techniques, and client management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, persistent, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn and follow training
