Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s properties and services.
- Generate and follow up on leads through online and offline channels.
- Conduct property inspections and client site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain proper documentation of sales and client records.
- Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and meetings.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or real estate marketing is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Must be smart, proactive, and result-oriented.
