Responsibilities:
- Mobilize savings and fixed deposits from individuals, groups, and businesses.
- Identify and source potential clients for loans (SMEs, Microloans).
- Promote the bank's products such as savings accounts, loans, and financial services.
- Conduct field marketing, build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Meet set targets for deposits, loans, and account openings.
- Follow up on loan repayments and ensure minimal default.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
