Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Distribution:Manage retail accounts, secure new distribution networks, and negotiate contracts with vendors.
- Customer Retention: Build relationships with regular buyers, local cafes, and corporate clients to ensure repeat business.
- Brand Promotion:Create buzz through local events, food tastings, and digital platforms like Instagram or TikTok.
- Market Research:Gather feedback from the field and analyze local competitor trends to spot new product opportunities.
- Reporting:Track daily sales, monitor customer feedback, and submit monthly performance logs to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of OND.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- The candidate should have his/ her own customers.
- Experience in distribution and sales.
- Must be able to meet the allocated Target of 1500 loafs per week.
Benefits:
- Commission.
Remuneration: NGN 120,000
