Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
- Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and client needs.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential buyers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in real estate marketing or sales (minimum of 2 years).
