Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

Source, prospect, and close real estate deals consistently.
Deploy creative and strategic marketing initiatives to generate quality leads.
Manage and nurture client relationships from inquiry to closing.
Conduct property inspections, tours, and presentations.
Collaborate with the digital team to optimize visibility and campaign performance.
Deliver on sales targets and maintain strong reporting discipline.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years proven experience in real estate marketing or property sales.
Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
High confidence level, target-driven, and self-motivated.
Excellent client-facing and presentation abilities.
Must reside around Ajah or Lekki, or be willing to relocate.
Must be able to work independently and take ownership of sales outcomes.
