Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote the organization’s loan products and services to prospective customers.
- Identify and develop new customer leads through field marketing, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Explain loan products, eligibility requirements, terms, and repayment conditions to customers.
- Follow up with leads and support customers through the loan application process.
- Meet and exceed assigned marketing and customer acquisition targets.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and customer acquisition.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, microfinance, lending, fintech, or financial services is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Must be proactive, confident, and results-driven.
