Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients for Fempire Group.
- Develop and execute creative marketing and outreach strategies to drive client acquisition.
- Conduct market research to understand potential clients’ needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Manage client relationships and maintain a pipeline of prospective opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Track performance metrics and optimise outreach strategies for maximum impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (digital marketing knowledge is a bonus).
- Strong understanding of marketing, sales funnels, and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage with decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with digital tools, CRM platforms, or marketing analytics is a plus.
Note: This role is 100% commission-based. It is for those comfortable working full-time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) without a fixed monthly salary, earning only based on clients you bring.
