We are a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company operating leading mosquito-coil brands in Nigeria. We are looking for a full-time Market Specialist to cover open markets and distributors across Lagos and surrounding states, gather market intelligence, and drive brand presence at the ground level.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Visit wholesale markets and distributors on a regular basis to build and maintain relationships.
- Survey competitor activity and monitor pricing, stock levels, and promotional moves.
- Collect and compile local market dynamics, including demand trends and channel feedback.
- Liaise with wholesalers and retailers to promote our mosquito-coil brands (ON-TIME / Care me / MosKill).
- Submit accurate, on-time market reports as scheduled.
Requirements:
- Must be available for full-time employment; part-time applicants will not be considered.
- At least 1 year of proven field marketing/sales experience in a relevant sector — FMCG, household/consumer goods, or distribution channels strongly preferred.
- Familiar with the major markets in Lagos and Ogun State, and knowledgeable about Ibadan and other surrounding markets.
- Able to travel independently for regular field visits across the assigned coverage area.
Preferred Requirements:
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Yoruba and/or Igbo is an advantage.
- Experience in FMCG or household-goods sales; prior mosquito-coil sales experience is highly preferred.
- Honest and dependable, with the ability to report market information truthfully and accurately.
