Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Market research: Conducting thorough market research to gather data on industry trends, competitive landscapes, customer preferences, and market opportunities.
  • Data analysis: Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data using statistical techniques, data visualization tools, and market research methodologies to derive actionable insights.
  • Competitive analysis: Assessing competitors' strategies, products, pricing, and market positioning to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis).
  • Customer segmentation: Segmenting target markets based on demographics, psychographics, and behavioral factors to identify high-potential customer segments and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Market forecasting: Developing forecasts and projections for market trends, sales volumes, revenue growth, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Industry analysis: Monitoring macroeconomic factors, regulatory changes, technological advancements, and other industry-specific developments that may impact market dynamics and business operations.
  • Product research and development support: Providing insights and recommendations to inform product development initiatives, including new product launches, feature enhancements, and product positioning strategies.
  • Marketing strategy support: Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and optimize marketing strategies, campaigns, and messaging based on market insights and customer preferences.
  • Market segmentation: Identifying and analyzing target market segments to tailor marketing strategies, messaging, and product offerings to specific customer needs and preferences.
  • Reporting and presentation: Compiling research findings, insights, and recommendations into clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and external partners.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 2 years of working experience
