Job Title: Market Activation Agent

Payment: ₦5,000 for every 10 successfully verified vendor sign-ups per day

Role Overview

As a Market Activation Agent, you will serve as the on-ground representative for Bookanizer in your assigned area. Your primary responsibility is to visit beauty businesses, introduce them to the platform, and guide them through a complete and verified onboarding process. This is a field-based, performance-driven role with clear daily targets and attractive incentives.

• Orchid
• Chevron
• Agungi
• Osapa
• Victoria Island (VI)
• Ikeja
• Surulere
• Magodo

Beauty Sectors You Will Cover:

You will approach and onboard vendors across all beauty categories listed on the Bookanizer platform, including:

• Aesthetic Centers
• Barbershops
• Beauty Hubs
• Hair Salons
• Makeup Studios
• Massage Therapy
• Nail Salons
• Skincare Clinics
• Spas & Wellness
• Tattooing & Piercing
• Waxing Salons

Key Responsibilities:

• For each vendor visit, you are required to complete the following steps end-to-end:
• Visit popular beauty businesses within your assigned area.
• Introduce Bookanizer to business owners and persuade them to join the platform.
• Assist the vendor in downloading the Bookanizer app on their mobile device.
• Guide the vendor through the full registration process on the app.
• Ensure the vendor completes NIN (National Identification Number) verification.
• Support the vendor in uploading a clear and professional profile picture.
• Help the vendor set up accurate business hours on their profile.
• Assist the vendor in listing all the services they offer, with correct pricing.
• Ensure the vendor uploads high-quality pictures and images of their work portfolio.
• Confirm all required fields are completed before marking the onboarding as successful.

Compensation & Incentives:

• Daily Base Pay: ₦5,000 for every 10 successfully verified vendor sign-ups per day
• Performance Bonus: Additional bonus for meeting or exceeding your daily target
• Daily Target: 10 fully verified and completed vendor profiles per day

What Counts as a Verified Vendor?

• A vendor onboarding is only considered successfully verified when ALL of the following have been completed:
• App downloaded and account registered
• NIN verification completed
• Profile picture uploaded
• Business hours filled in
• Services listed with descriptions
• Work portfolio images uploaded

Who We Are Looking For

• Lives in or is very familiar with one of the target locations listed above.
• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable approaching business owners.
• Has a smartphone with reliable internet access.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
• Prior experience in field sales, marketing activation, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Yoruba.
