Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the company’s operations and growth strategy.
- Oversee fabrication, construction, welding, and marine logistics operations.
- Ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to clients' specifications.
- Lead business development efforts and drive new revenue streams.
- Improve internal processes, productivity, and service quality.
- Represent the company in stakeholder engagements, industry meetings, and regulatory interactions.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure the company’s profitability.
- Develop and implement company policies, procedures, and strategic objectives.
- Supervise departmental heads and ensure accountability across all units.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in the oil & gas, fabrication, EPC, or marine services sector.
- Proven track record leading operations or business units.
- Strong financial, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of fabrication processes, project management, and Nigerian oil & gas sector dynamics.
