The Managing Director is responsible for managing the overall strategic direction and managing the day-to-day operations of the company. This role involves formulating and executing business budgets and plans to achieve corporate objectives, safeguarding regulatory compliance and managing relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Provide overall strategic direction and leadership to achieve performance, revenue, and growth targets.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure that all operations, filings, and governance practices comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with the Board of Directors, providing strategic updates, financial reports, and key operational developments.
- Provide direct operational and strategic oversight of the company while ensuring full alignment with the company’s goals and governance.
- Identify and mitigate key risks facing the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, or any other numerate discipline.
- A higher degree or professional certification (ACCA, ACA, etc.) may be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in an Asset Management Company in managerial and Leadership roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
