Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive overall business strategy, growth targets, and revenue performance across land sales and development
- Oversee construction project delivery — timelines, budgets, and quality control
- Build and manage a high-performing sales and operations team
- Represent the company to investors, land owners, contractors, and key partners
- Ensure regulatory compliance (land documentation, approvals, permits)
- Report business performance and strategic recommendations to the CEO
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in real estate, land sales, or construction, including at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (MD, GM, or Head of Operations)
- Proven track record of closing land/property deals and delivering development or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian land law, C of O, governor's consent, and property registration
- Experience leading and managing sales teams against targets
- Strong network of investors, land owners, and contractors within the Lagos real estate market
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and client-facing communication skills
- Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related
