Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets
- Lead and manage the company's sales, operations, and administrative functions
- Drive sales of transformers, electrical equipment, and related solutions to corporate, industrial, and government clients
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance management activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support
- Manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain activities to ensure product availability
- Recruit, mentor, and supervise staff to achieve high levels of performance
- Prepare and present business performance reports to executive leadership or company owners
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or management roles
- Proven experience in the power, electrical equipment, transformer, energy, or industrial sales sector
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and business management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities
- Strong understanding of transformer products, electrical systems, and industrial markets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to analyze business performance and make data-driven decisions
