Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager to lead the overall operations, sales, and business growth of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, and ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets
  • Lead and manage the company's sales, operations, and administrative functions
  • Drive sales of transformers, electrical equipment, and related solutions to corporate, industrial, and government clients
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance management activities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain activities to ensure product availability
  • Recruit, mentor, and supervise staff to achieve high levels of performance
  • Prepare and present business performance reports to executive leadership or company owners
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or management roles
  • Proven experience in the power, electrical equipment, transformer, energy, or industrial sales sector
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and business management skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities
  • Strong understanding of transformer products, electrical systems, and industrial markets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to analyze business performance and make data-driven decisions
