Job summary

The manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure the effective achievement of organisational goals. The role provides leadership, coordinates resources, supervises staff and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and performance standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise, and manage daily operations in line with company objectives.
  • Supervise, motivate, and evaluate staff performance to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement operational plans, budgets, and performance targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and health and safety standards.
  • Monitor performance indicators and prepare management reports.
  • Resolve operational issues, employee concerns, and customer complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with senior management and other departments to support business goals.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Represent management in meetings and official engagements as required.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management, team supervision, or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong ability to plan, organise, and manage daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising, motivating, and evaluating staff performance.
  • Solid knowledge of operational planning, budgeting, and performance management.
  • Understanding of company policies, regulatory compliance, and health and safety standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve operational issues, employee concerns, and customer complaints.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
