Responsibilities:
- Oversee store operations and ensure efficient day-to-day management.
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a perfume or cosmetics store.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and sales abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Female candidates only (for gender balance).
- Social media savvy
Location: Ologolo, Lekki
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
