Job summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager to lead our vendor acquisition, management, and partnership initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing our network of suppliers and strategic partners from initial sourcing and onboarding to ongoing relationship management and performance optimization. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, cost savings, and revenue growth through strategic collaborations. This position is essential for scaling our supply chain, expanding our product offerings, and strengthening our market presence.

Responsibilities:
Vendor Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers to expand product assortment and improve supply chain resilience.
- Manage the end-to-end acquisition process, from initial outreach to contract
execution.
Vendor Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key vendors.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, monitor SLAs, and address operational
issues to ensure reliability, quality, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation:
- Lead RFPs, due diligence, and contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and conditions.
- Mitigate risks and align agreements
with company objectives.
Partnership Development & Growth:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships (e.g., retail, affiliate, platform) to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Develop joint
business plans and initiatives to maximize mutual value
Performance & Compliance Monitoring:
- Define and track KPIs for vendor and partnership performance.
- Ensure adherence to contracts, company policies, and
regulatory requirements.
Cost & Value Optimization:
- Analyze vendor spend and partnership ROI.
- Implement
strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiencies, and identify new revenue opportunities
through existing or new collaborations.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams—including Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Tech—to align vendor/partner activities with business goals.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Strategic & Commercial Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategies for vendor acquisition and partnership growth.

to present confidently to stakeholders and influence outcomes.
- Project Management: Organized and capable of managing multiple acquisition and partnership projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion.
