We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager (Oil & Gas) to oversee operations, drive business growth, and ensure efficient performance within our oil and gas operations. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for oil and gas equipment and solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including oil companies, contractors, and service providers.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in sales within the oil and gas or industrial equipment sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of oil and gas equipment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
