As a Compliance Manager, you will oversee our company's compliance program, ensuring that our operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal laws, directives, guidelines. Your duties will include reviewing employee work, supporting in developing company policies, and reporting on policy violations. You will directly report to the General Manager Risk and Compliance.

General working conditions:

Continuous Risk & Compliance Management & Reporting

Perform and encourage continuous and effective risk management practice within your activities. Promote risk-based decision taken. Ensure effective escalation of key risks, compliance breach and non-ethical issues.  Demonstrate and encourage ethical behaviors. Promote Business continuity best practices and compliance to applicable regulations and internal PPPs (Policy, Process and Procedures). Develop, implement, and manage an effective compliance program. Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations. Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks. Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.  Establish with relevant stakeholdersâ effective compliance risk responses and reporting. Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes. Resolve employee concerns about compliance swiftly and effectively. Collaborate with external auditors and Legal and Regulatory and Corporate Affairs department when needed. Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation. Bachelor's or masterâs degree in law, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience as a Compliance Manager. Certified compliance professional is a plus.


Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creativity, Critical Thinking Effective reporting competencies  Bilingual French and English  Extensive knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
