Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations: washing, drying, ironing, packaging, and quality control.
- Lead staff, set targets, enforce discipline, and appraise performance.
- Manage customer service, drive sales, and grow pickup/delivery.
- Track inventory/supplies, manage machines, and prevent losses.
- Ensure orders/payments are logged via the company mobile app. Train staff on it.
- Submit daily sales and weekly expense reports.
Requirements:
- 3 years of proven experience managing a team efficiently. Laundromat/hospitality/retail preferred.
- Strong operational leadership and independent problem-solving.
- Highly adaptable and able to multitask under pressure.
- Effective team management and communication skills.
- Must reside within the Abraham Adesanya/Ajah axis.
- BSc/HND/OND with a verifiable track record.
- Proficient in WhatsApp Business, POS, Excel/Sheets, and mobile apps.
