We are seeking to hire a Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting goals, inspiring employees, fostering collaboration, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Establishing KPIs, providing feedback, performing employee reviews, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Translating organizational goals into actionable plans, managing workflows, and making critical decisions.
  • Handling recruitment, conducting onboarding, organizing employee schedules, and managing payroll and paperwork.
  • Assigning appropriate tasks, providing resources, resolving conflicts, and guiding staff to meet goals.
  • Acting as a primary contact for stakeholders and ensuring operational alignment.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND qualification.
  • 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
