Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Rotate across core business units to gain an end-to-end understanding of company operations, strategy, and client delivery.
- Leverage AI tools, process automation, and digital platforms to optimize workflows and improve productivity.
- Audit, analyze, and manage complex operational data while enforcing strict protocols for data sensitivity, security, and accuracy.
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership on key strategic projects, policy research, and process redesigns.
- Prepare data-driven reports, present findings, and pitch operational solutions to department heads.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree from a Top 10 Nigerian University (e.g., UNILAG, UI, OAU, Covenant University, UNN, ABU, etc.).
- A minimum of 2 years of post-graduation professional work experience.
- Must be under 30 years of age at the time of application.
- Demonstrated practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applications, workflow automation, or modern software tools.
- High level of data sensitivity, detail orientation, and experience handling confidential or regulated business metrics.
- Proven ability to turn raw metrics into actionable operational recommendations.
- Proficiency or working knowledge of Chinese is a strong plus.
