• Generate quality leads and follow up to ensure conversion.
• Consistently meet and exceed set business development targets.
• Maintain a professional and persuasive approach to client acquisition.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Drive the company’s growth through innovative strategies and initiatives.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
Requirements:
• Minimum of HND or higher qualification in any relevant field.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proven track record of meeting sales or business development targets will be an advantage.
